Suzanne is the most hardworking and dedicated agent you can hire!! She helped us buy our home in 2018 and we just sold it in 2024 with her because I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else!! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and make sure you get top dollar for your sale and she truly saw to that!! She even jumped in with me and started raking and blowing leaves just so our pictures would be perfect. We love Suzanne and are very grateful for everything’s she’s done for us!

Suzanne is the type of agent you want working for you !! She sold a house for us, stayed on top of the deal, and communicated with us all the way through the court shut down (Covid) She even went to the lawyer's office to get info. for us, when he failed to return calls. Suzanne Dorgan helped me find my first perfect home in East Northport!! I absolutely love her! First off I will tell you that she never stops working...She always always always picks up her phone (no matter what time)!! Nothing falls through the cracks with her. She is fast and has incredible work ethic. I am very lucky I called her Fairfield office and was linked up with her. Suzanne booked viewings extremely fast and we elimnated all the things I didn't want. She negotiated on my behalf and always made calls to everyone she said she was going to call. Suzanne also recommended a great home Inspector that was very professional and was in the house the next day for inspection. Nothing could have went smoother.. all because of her effort. Suzanne is efficient, always on time and gets fast results and always kept me updated with any changes on any home as well as knowing all the areas I was looking in. My home search was expediated because she is on top of her game and quickly got me into the houses...Now I will be in my new home in a few months! I am so excited!! If you’re looking for someone responsible, dedicated to you and knowledgeable, this is your person. We first met Suzanne when looking for a co-op, and she was the seller’s agent. We didn’t have an agent the first time, but she started working us right away and was there anytime we needed her. Then, we started looking for a house and we called her up. Suzanne was available to meet everytime there was an open house or we needed a private showing. She was always on time and gave us the best advice. After we finally decided on a house, she helped us negotiate the price with the seller very quickly. I would definitely recommend her for anyone. She is extremely professional and will do what’s in your best interest.

This was our first time buying a home and Suzanne guided us from preapproval down to closing. She helped us get in to see every house we wanted to see and showed us a wide range of properties in the price-range we gave her in our desired area. She really listened to our wants and needs and was so patient with us (and our two you children!) Everyone said the process would drag and take forever but she got us into our dream home in less than 3 months!!
